My baking journey started when I was just a kid, whisking away in the kitchen with my kindergarten teacher and babysitter. By age 7, I was baking entirely on my own—and I haven’t stopped since!

Fun Facts About Me:

My favorite cookie to bake? Classic chocolate chip. My favorite to eat? Snickerdoodle. (Can’t resist that cinnamon sugar goodness!)

I’m a cusp baby and sometimes relate to Gen Z vibes more than millennial ones (even though I run a business with “millennial” in the name 😉).

My secret weapon in the kitchen? My hands! I mix most of my dough by hand to keep that perfect texture.

My Baking Philosophy:

I love taking traditional recipes and putting my own spin on them. If a flavor feels like it’s missing something, I’ll tweak and test until it’s just right. My signature chocolate chip cookies are proof—I’ve perfected the balance to make them gooey, chewy, and unforgettable!

My Goal:

One day, I hope to open a cozy little bakery where you can always count on fresh, creative treats and feel-good vibes.
